Delivery charges vary per product as they may be coming from different corners of the planet. We do our best to account for this in the cart, but if we learn from a vendor it will cost more to ship an item than what the We Alpaca cart calculated, we will contact you to to discuss the difference.
We Alpaca accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and PayPal payments through the PayPal payment portal. Even if you don’t have a PayPal account, you can use PayPal to make your secure purchase.
Delivery can take 1-3 weeks, typically. If it will be longer than that, we will let you know. And no, we don’t do rush orders.
Because we push all payment activity through the secure PayPal payment portal, we never see or collect your credit card details. We also cover our site with a current secure socket layer (SSL) certificate, for an extra layer of protection.
Once we receive your order, processing begins. Usually, your order will ship within 24 hours. We will send you a tracking number if we have it (for some of our vendors, this requires an extra step and we might wait until you ask before we approach them to hunt it down.)
Absolutely, yes. At the completion of your order, we email you an invoice with all your order details. We also keep a log of all order details, which keeps us on the same page throughout your We Alpaca experience.
